Below you will find the information you need to finalize your presentations
Presenters are strongly encouraging to upload presentations to the Speaker Ready Room prior your session.
Speaker ready room is located at main floor (P), Hall C6.
An audio-visual technician will be available to assist with your presentation.
Speakers are asked to visit the Speaker Ready Room the day before their scheduled presentation or at minimum 2 hours in advance of their scheduled session start time.
The Speaker Service Desk and Ready Room will be open to assist you every day during the congress days starting one hour before the first presentation and till the end of the scientific program of each day.

The poster boards will be arranged in topic groups and ordered by poster numbers.
The posters of distinction will be marked accordingly. All materials needed to fix the posters will be provided onsite at the Poster Desk located in the C1 Hall – Conference Secretariat Office.
Please print your poster on common materials, as e.g. usual paper in order to easily fix your poster on the panel,.
The poster has to be prepared in English, the official language of the congress.
Your poster must contain a declaration of Conflict of Interest in the summary of the poster.
Please be aware that it is not allowed to include any commercial logo.

Poster Walk Sessions

All presenters of a poster of distinction should stand by their posters during this session in order to present their poster and to talk with other participants about their work. They will be visited by poster chairs during the session that will be glad to involve all presenters and delegates in an interactive discussion about the posters.

The 8th Europediatrics Congress jointly held with The 13 National Congress of Romanian Pediatrics Society' is designated for up to' 20 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The EACCME credit system is based on 1 ECMEC per hour with a maximum of 3 ECMECs for half a day and 6 ECMECs for a full-day event.
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 5 minutes. Your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.
The online evaluation form will be reachable on the congress website https://www.europaediatrics2017.org together with the credit claim form, between June 15 and December 15 2017.
